Welcome to ABI DECOR

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the ABI DECOR website and to all balloon décor, event décor,
delivery, installation, rental, Grab & Go, and custom design services provided by ABI DECOR.
By submitting a quote request, confirming a booking, paying a deposit or invoice, or purchasing a product
or service from ABI DECOR, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable proposal,
invoice, booking confirmation, and ABI DECOR policies.

1. BOOKINGS & EVENT DATE RESERVATION

Submitting a quote request, contact form, inspiration image, or message does not reserve an event date.
Your event date is officially reserved only after ABI DECOR confirms your booking
and receives the required 50% non-refundable deposit. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. PRICING & STARTING PRICES

Prices displayed on the ABI DECOR website as “Starting Price” represent a base price.
Final pricing may vary depending on the size and complexity of the décor, balloon quantities,
custom materials, rental items, delivery location, travel, venue access, installation requirements, labor,
and selected options. A quote is based on the information provided by the client at the time of the request.
Changes to the event, design, location, dimensions, or requested services may result in a revised quote.

3. PAYMENTS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date and begin planning,
sourcing, purchasing, or design preparation.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event, unless otherwise stated i
n writing on the client’s invoice or booking confirmation.
ABI DECOR may suspend preparation, delivery, or installation when required payments have not been received.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. CREATIVE DESIGN & ARTISTIC DISCRETION

ABI DECOR is a creative balloon and event décor business.
Clients may select an existing ABI DECOR design or request a custom décor
based on a theme, color palette, occasion, budget, or creative direction.
ABI DECOR retains reasonable artistic discretion regarding balloon placement, sizing,
composition, color balance, decorative details, and installation methods.
Final décor may vary slightly from website images, sketches, digital mockups,
inspiration photographs,or previous installations.
Minor creative variations are part of the custom design process and are not considered defects.

5. COLORS & MATERIAL AVAILABILITY

Balloon colors, finishes, textures, flowers, props, and decorative materials may appear
differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings,
manufacturer production batches, and product availability.
ABI DECOR will make reasonable efforts to follow the agreed color palette.
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
If a selected balloon color or decorative item becomes unavailable,
ABI DECOR may recommend or use a reasonably similar alternative
while maintaining the overall style and quality of the design.

6. INSPIRATION IMAGES & CREATIVE REFERENCES

Clients may submit photographs, screenshots, mood boards, social media images,
or other visual references to communicate a preferred style or creative direction.
Reference images are used as inspiration only and do not guarantee an exact reproduction.
ABI DECOR may adapt a concept according to the client’s budget,
event location, available materials, safety requirements, venue restrictions,
and ABI DECOR’s own creative interpretation.
ABI DECOR respects the creative work and intellectual property rights
of artists, decorators, photographers, designers, and other businesses.
The event décor industry is highly visual and often includes common themes,
color palettes, balloon techniques, seasonal trends, and widely
used event styling concepts.Similarities may occasionally occur.
ABI DECOR does not intentionally copy or claim ownershipof another creator’s protected original work.
If a creator or authorized representative believes that content displayed by ABI DECOR
raises a legitimate intellectual property concern, they may contact
ABI DECOR directly. Reasonable good-faith concerns will be reviewed and,
when appropriate, content may be removed, replaced, or modified.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to provide any logos,
photographs, graphics, trademarks, names, or other materials submitted for use in their décor.

7. EVENT LOCATION & VENUE ACCESS

The client is responsible for providing accurate event location information and ensuring
ABI DECOR has access to the venue at the agreed installation and collection times.
The client is responsible for obtaining venue approval for balloons, backdrops, structures, wall attachments,
hanging installations, electrical items, and other requested décor elements.
Additional fees may apply for excessive delays, restricted access, parking difficulties,
stairs, long-distance load-in requirements, venue changes, or conditions not disclosed before booking.

8. INSTALLATION GUARANTEE

ABI DECOR guarantees that installed balloon décor will be presented in good condition at the completion of installation.
Once the installation is completed and accepted at the event location,
ABI DECOR is not responsible for damage caused by guests, children, pets,
venue personnel, third-party vendors, weather, heat, wind, sharp objects,
unauthorized movement, or other circumstances outside ABI DECOR’s reasonable control.
Clients and guests should not move, climb on, pull, hang from, alter, or dismantle décor structures.

9. BALLOON CARE & NATURAL CHANGES

Balloons are temporary decorative products.
Balloons may naturally oxidize, lose shine, change appearance, shrink, deflate, or pop.
Heat, direct sunlight, humidity, wind, rain, air conditioning, temperature changes,
sharp objects, landscaping, walls, ceilings, pets, children, guests, and venue conditions may affect balloons.
ABI DECOR cannot guarantee the lifespan or appearance of balloons after delivery, pickup,
or completion of installation when changes are caused by environmental
conditions or circumstances outside ABI DECOR’s reasonable control.
Natural balloon changes are not considered defects.

10. OUTDOOR EVENTS & SOUTH FLORIDA WEATHER

Outdoor balloon décor is particularly sensitive to South Florida weather.
Heat, rain, wind, humidity, storms, and sudden weather changes
may affect the safety, appearance, and lifespan of an installation.
ABI DECOR reserves the right to modify, relocate, simplify, postpone,
or decline an outdoor installation when conditions create a reasonable
safety concern or may significantly compromise the décor.
Clients are strongly encouraged to provide an indoor or covered backup location for outdoor events.

11. RENTAL ITEMS

Backdrops, frames, structures, stands, pedestals, neon signs, props,
and other items identified as rental items remain the property of ABI DECOR.
Rental items will be collected after the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rental items may not be sold, removed from the event location, dismantled,
altered, painted, or relocated without ABI DECOR’s authorization.
The client may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement
costs for rental items that are lost, stolen, intentionally damaged,
or damaged through misuse while under the client’s control.

12. GRAB & GO ORDERS

Grab & Go décor is prepared for approved local delivery or another arrangement confirmed by ABI DECOR.
Once a Grab & Go order has been delivered or transferred to the client or the client’s authorized representative,
ABI DECOR is not responsible for damage caused by transportation, heat, improper handling, overcrowding,
sharp objects, incorrect installation, or prolonged storage in a vehicle or unsuitable location.
Clients are responsible for following any installation or handling instructions provided by ABI DECOR.

13. CLIENT CHANGES

Changes to colors, wording, event date, event location, dimensions,
theme, or décor requirements should be requested as early as possible.
All requested changes are subject to availability and ABI DECOR’s approval.
Additional charges may apply for redesign, replacement materials,
custom items, additional labor, transportation, or schedule changes.
ABI DECOR cannot guarantee changes requested close to the event date.

14. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All cancellations, date changes, and refund requests are subject to ABI DECOR’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Clients are encouraged to review this policy before confirming a booking or making payment.

15. PHOTOGRAPHY & PORTFOLIO USE

ABI DECOR may photograph or record completed décor installations for portfolio,
website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
ABI DECOR will make reasonable efforts to focus promotional content on the décor and event styling.
Clients with specific privacy concerns should notify ABI DECOR in writing before the event.
ABI DECOR does not intentionally publish private client information without authorization.

16. WEBSITE IMAGES & DISPLAYED DESIGNS

Images displayed on the ABI DECOR website represent décor styles,
creative concepts, portfolio examples, or décor possibilities.
A displayed image does not guarantee exact availability of every balloon color, prop,
structure, material, sign, flower, or decorative element.
Certain designs may require customization or adaptation.
Website images and inspiration visuals are not guarantees of an exact final reproduction.

17. SAFETY

ABI DECOR may modify or refuse any installation method that it reasonably believes creates a safety concern.
Children should be appropriately supervised around balloon décor, structures, backdrops,
frames, stands, electrical items, and installation equipment.
Clients, guests, and venue personnel should not climb on, pull, dismantle, or misuse décor equipment.

18. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

ABI DECOR is not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances
outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions,
venue closures, transportation disruptions, widespread power outages,
serious emergencies,or other extraordinary events.
When reasonably possible, ABI DECOR will communicate with the client
and attempt to identify a practical alternative, rescheduling option, or solution.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ABI DECOR will not be liable for indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages resulting from circumstances outside ABI DECOR’s reasonable control.
ABI DECOR is not responsible for damage or loss caused by weather, venue restrictions, guest interference,
client handling, unauthorized movement of décor, third-party vendors, or external conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally
be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. WEBSITE USE

The ABI DECOR website may be used for lawful personal and business inquiry purposes.
Users may not intentionally interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access,
misuse website content, submit fraudulent information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

ABI DECOR may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Terms applicable to a confirmed event booking may also include the proposal, invoice,
or written booking confirmation accepted for that specific event.

22. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida,
except where applicable federal law or another mandatory law applies.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
