ABI DECOR is an independent creative event décor business.

Our work is created with care, artistic interpretation,

and the sincere intention of bringing our clients’ celebrations to life.

The event décor and balloon industry is highly visual and is influenced by seasonal trends,

color palettes, themes, client inspiration, social media, cultural celebrations,

and commonly used décor techniques. As a result, certain colors, balloon arrangements,

themes, structures, styling elements, or overall concepts may occasionally

appear similar to work created by other decorators, artists, or businesses.

ABI DECOR does not intentionally copy, reproduce, misrepresent,

or claim ownership of another artist’s original protected work. Any similarity to another

creator’s work is unintended unless the use of specific material has been properly authorized.

Clients may provide photographs, screenshots, mood boards,

or other visual references for inspiration. Such materials are used solely

to communicate the client’s preferred style, colors, theme, or general creative direction.

 

ABI DECOR does not guarantee an exact reproduction of any reference image

and reserves the right to creatively interpret, modify, simplify, or adapt a concept based

on available materials, budget, location, safety, and the artist’s own creative approach.

ABI DECOR respects the intellectual property and creative work of other artists and businesses.

If you are a copyright owner, artist, decorator, photographer, business,

or authorized representative and believe that any image, design, content,

or material displayed by ABI DECOR raises an intellectual property concern,

please contact Yari directly and in good faith with sufficient information

to identify the material at issue and explain the nature of your concern.

ABI DECOR takes legitimate concerns seriously.

Upon receiving a reasonable and good-faith notice,

 

ABI DECOR will review the matter promptly and may, when appropriate, remove, replace, modify, or discontinue the disputed image, content, or design while the matter is being reviewed.

There is no intention to harm, mislead, imitate, or take credit for the work of another creator.
