FAQ

Booking & Payment

  • I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular celebration dates. Last-minute requests may be accepted depending on availability.

  • Your event date is reserved once I confirm availability and the required booking retainer has been received. Submitting a form or requesting information does not reserve your date.

  • Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before your event. Bookings made less than 7 days before the event require full payment at the time of booking.

  • Please contact me as soon as possible. Retainers are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability and any materials, personalized items or preparation already completed may affect the options available.

Your Decor

  • Absolutely! Tell me what you'd like to add, remove or change.
    Custom requests are subject to availability and may affect the final price.

  • Each decor is created and installed by hand, so no two setups are exactly identical. Balloon sizes, shades, placement and decorative details may vary slightly while keeping the overall style and visual concept of the selected decor.

  • I'll need your event location, whether the installation is indoors or outdoors, and clear photos of the installation area. Accurate information helps me plan the setup and confirm the final price.

  • Contact me as soon as possible. I'll always try to accommodate your request, but changes depend on product availability and how far preparation has progressed. Additional charges may apply.

Delivery & Installation

  • Yes. Delivery and professional installation are available depending on your event location and the selected decor. I'll confirm all setup details before your booking is finalized.

  • Delivery fees depend on your event location and installation requirements. Any applicable delivery or setup fees will be discussed and confirmed before booking.

  • Some decor may be available for pickup or Grab & Go. Once the decor is transported, handled or installed by the client, the final appearance, stability and lifespan cannot be guaranteed.

Balloons & Outdoor Decor

  • Balloon lifespan varies depending on temperature, humidity, sunlight, wind, air conditioning and handling. Indoor balloon decor generally lasts longer than outdoor installations.

  • Yes, but Florida heat, direct sunlight, wind, rain and humidity can affect balloons. Outdoor installations may change or have a shorter lifespan than indoor decor.

  • I make sure your decor looks its best when professional installation is completed. If you notice a problem during or immediately after installation, contact me as soon as possible. After installation, natural deflation or accidental popping may occur and repairs or replacements cannot always be guaranteed.

Rentals & Props

  • The product page will indicate what is included with each decor. Some neon signs, backdrops, structures and decorative props are rental items and remain the property of ABI DECOR.

  • Some items, including certain neon signs, may be available for purchase upon request. Other props are rental only. Contact me if you'd like to purchase an item shown in a decor.
